Wan Ling travels to Yi Xing in Jiang Su province to select ZiSha teapots and to meet the artisans that have spent their lives honing their skills in this craft. If you have a special request please let us know, we are more than happy to hunt down the tea pot of your dreams.
Our standard range of YiXing teapots are hand finished so may vary slightly from the dimensions and the photograph. Wan Ling will still personally select pots that meet her criteria, ensuring the best possible quality. Quality and safety is paramount to Wan Ling Tea House. By working with the UK government's Trading Standards Department a selection of YiXing teapots from different artisans are periodically sent away to be tested for Lead and Cadmium, as per the UK's "Articles in contact with food 2006".
