Traditionally produced TieGuanYin from high within the mountains of Anxi. This classic TieGuanYin has been slowly wood charcoal fired for a full flavour and deep, rich body. The baking process is carefully monitored by the farmer over 2-3 days to ensure an even roast that gives the tea a distinct characteristics. 

Leaves have been chosen especially to suit this style of Tie Guan Yin. Great to enjoy now. This tea will store well and be an ideal tea for ageing.
