Terms and Conditions of Use

These are our Terms and Conditions. Please read them with care.

Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion. & are sites owned and operated by Wan Ling Tea House Europe, referred to in this document as "Wan Ling Tea House", "WLTH", "", "", "we", "us" or "our".

Order Processing

Once you have placed an order through either Google Cart (Google Cart Terms and Conditions) or PayPal Cart(PayPal Security & Privacy and Legal Agreement) Wan Ling Tea House Europe will accept and process your order, at which point you are entering into a contract with Wan Ling Tea House (in addition to either Google Inc. or PayPal). Successful payment means acceptance of your card by one our payment partners (PayPal or Google) and receipt by Wan Ling Tea House of a payment notification by PayPal or Google, or cleared funds from your cheque.

We may refuse to process an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.

Order Process

1. We send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
2. Dispatch to you within five working days on clearance of funds. In the event of problem or delay we will contact you (usually by email) to keep in formed of your order's progress.
3. We send you an e-mail confirming dispatch of your order.
4. Tea arrives, you put the kettle on.


All prices and offers remain valid as advertised. From time to time we may vary the prices at our discretion. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is concluded will be honoured and you will be charged accordingly.

Wan Ling Tea House Europe will do its best to fulfil the order you placed. If the item you ordered became out of stock or unavailable for any reason, you will be asked whether you would prefer a refund, an exchange for an alternative or if possible to await new stock. If there was any such problem with your order, you will be notified by e-mail soon after placing your order. Ideally we will aim to contact you within three working days.

Wan Ling Tea House Europe will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the site whether or not that product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Tax Charges for our teas is zero rated for UK Value Added Tax (VAT).

All images are for illustration purposes only. We can not guarantee that images will be exact representation of the current season, year or stock. Products may differ from those displayed.

Shipping costs vary depending on the item being purchased. Before your order is confirmed the total cost including all shipping is shown.

Shipping is usually made via the UK Royal Mail service. We can not be held responsible in the case of delays, loss or other events beyond our control. If you would like additional insurance or an alternative mode of transport or you feel your shipment has been effected please contact us.


Should you be in some way dissatisfied with your purchase we will be happy to reimburse your money upon receipt of the returned products. This applies for a period of seven full working days from receipt of your order. Your money excluding postage costs will then be repaid within 30 days of cancellation. This offer also applies in the unlikely event of wrong dispatch. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Any complaints should be addressed to Wan Ling Tea House ( along with your full contact information and date of order; Wan Ling Tea House will aim to respond within three working days.


If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in the above clause will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used beyond a reasonable level.

The provisions of these clauses do not affect your statutory rights.

Events and Promotions

While we aim to ensure our website and promotions are current, we can not responsible for errors or changes and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. We highly recommend you join our mailing list, Facebook page or setup an account for the latest and most up to date information.


You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis that;

(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;

(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text;

(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies;

(d) you contact us directly for written permission.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

Subject to the above clause, no part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.


Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury arising through negligence, (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) breach of implied terms relating to title and quiet enjoyment under Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and Section 2 of the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1982. Commentary and other materials posted on our web site are only general remarks or comments and are not intended to be relied upon by you.

Other than as stated otherwise in this Agreement, we exclude all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed by you on the content of the web site or anyone who may be informed of any of its contents. Whilst we have taken every care in the preparation of the content of our web site, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to it.

We cannot therefore guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. Other than as stated otherwise in this Agreement, Wan Ling Tea House Europe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on our web site and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising out of problems with access.

We do not warrant or represent that material downloaded and/or accessed via or from our web site will be free of viruses or other similar contaminants and you should operate the most up-to-date virus protection software at all times.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damages or costs suffered or incurred by you arising from viruses or contaminants contracted by you or your machine via accessing or using our web site.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The purchase of goods is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts on this site under English law. To purchase, you must register, and provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, and postal address. This site is available only to individuals and others who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card or cheque by a bank acceptable to Wan Ling Tea House Europe, whose applications are acceptable to Wan Ling Tea House Europe and who have authorised Wan Ling Tea House Europe or PayPal to process a charge or charges in the amount of the total purchase price for the goods which they purchase.


In the event of a dispute, and where you feel that your complaint has not been dealt with fully by the Wan Ling tea House Europe team then you are able to register with the Europe Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) site. The ODR is an EU-wide platform designed to facilitate the online resolution of contractual disputes between EU consumers and traders over online purchases. Trading Standards' will enforce the rules in the UK.
