Tie-Guan-Yin, sometimes written as Ti-Kuan-Yin, is one of the most famous Chinese Oolong teas and is renowned for its complex flavours, beautiful liquor and enchanting aroma. Tie Guan Yin is excellent all-round Oolong tea with a green dry leaf colour that produces a golden to almost clear and iridescent liquor.
