Earl Grey Tea
Earl Grey tea is made with Bergamot or Citrus Bergamia is a native plant of South East Asia brought to Europe and grown in a number of Mediterranean countries.
The name Bergmot is derived from the Lombardy city of Bergamo. Bergamot oil is commonly used to flavour tea and is widely used in aroma therapy. The oil is produced from Bergamot's citrus fruit peel. Bergamot oil is said to be good for fighting depression, colds and flu, PMS, SAD (Seasonal Affect Disorder) as well as being a natural anti-septic.
