Travelling Market - Tollard House, Tollard Royal

The ladies at the Anonymous Travelling Market are back with another fantastic venue. This time they have team up with Nomad Tents. The event will include live music and reception starting at 7pm. Part of the market will be in a decorated barns and will include atmospheric lighting, braziers and entertainment. This event can't be missed, come along for a great afternoon and evening of fun and local produce.

Char Chars Tea House - China Tea Day

Wan Ling Tea House is partnering with local tea house Char Chars of Dorchester to bring you a day of amazing teas and the opportunity to discover more about Chinese teas and the traditional Gong Fu tea ceremony. Our companies share a common ethos of striving to bring quality, full leaf teas to British tea drinkers; there is a world of teas out there. Join us in discovering the many exciting new flavours available.

Char Chars stocks and serves a wide range of quality teas from China, India, Sri Lanka (Ceylon), Japan and a number of African countries. As part of a series of events, Char Chars aims to introduce customers to the teas and cultures of different tea producing countries.

Join us a for a fantastic day of tea and learn more about the fascinating country of China.

Leweston Living & Christmas Fair

The Leweston Living and Christmas Fair will once again be returning to Leweston Manor House, just outside Sherborne, on Thursday, November 12.

In addition to the wide variety of high quality stands selling gifts for all the family, clothes, jewellery, speciality food and drink, and Christmas cards to name but a few, there will be demonstrations throughout the day and light lunches will also be available, not forgetting the essential mince pies and mulled wine of course!

Organisers hope this fair will provide the perfect opportunity for visitors to make a dent in that Christmas list - or even their own wish list.

Let's shop - Christmas shopping event

Fabulous opportunity to buy great Christmas gifts and sort out your Christmas outfit!

Popular charity event with in aid of Julia's House, The Dorset Children's Hospice. Storm will host a range of stalls including childrens toys and clothes, jewellery, make-up, natural products & beverages and there will also be a range of good quality new or hardly worn clothes available for a small donation. Bite the Lighthouse

Dorset's Food Film Festival, in association with Olives Et Al, is working with the Lighthouse Arts Centre in Poole, Dorset, to celebrate the extraordinary breadth of the county's culture, creativity and most of all its local produce.

Feast of Dorset - Dean Court, Wimbourne

Crayfish Fayre - Hindon, Wiltshire

The Hindon Crayfish Fayre is the very first of its kind and is in response to the growing numbers of American signal crayfish that are multiplying in the beautiful chalk streams surrounding the village.

There will be over 80 stalls featuring local food producers, as well as stalls from Farmers Markets in Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset, all offering many delicious alternatives for those less keen to eat the invaders, as well as craft professionals. Other entertainments will include street circus, Morris dancers, music and even an aircraft cockpit to explore!

Endorse It In Dorset 2009 - Sixpenny Handley

Musical fun and games in the Dorset countryside. A wonderful friendly and relaxed festival with plenty to keep the family entertained. Wan Ling Tea House will be on site to serve fine teas and join in the shenanigans. Come along relax, savour the fine teas and if you are very lucky there may be some of Wan Ling's secret Chinese tea spirit around.

Festival of Bryan - Hazelbury Bryan

This brilliant festival brings together many from the surrounding areas and beyond to enjoy music, food, drink and a great time.

Larmer Tree Gardens

August sees Wan Ling Tea House heading to the delightful gardens to offer a traditional Chinese tea ceremony demonstration and a chance to sample speciality Chinese tea.

The stunning and unforgettable Larmer Tree Gardens at the heart of the Cranborne Chase, an ancient royal hunting ground on the border between Dorset and Wiltshire. The 11 acre gardens have a fascinating history and were originally designed as a Victorian Pleasure Garden by General Augustus Pitt Rivers in around 1880.

Larmer Tree Gardens
