A new addition to the Wan Ling Tea House Tie Guan Yin range. For our autumn 2014 Zheng Chao Guan Yin tea we have selected a tea with a distinctive taste. The tea captures elements of 'Nong Xiang' Tie Guan Yin, a tea which has been dried (hong bei) for slightly longer during the long processing that Tie Guan Yin receives.
This tea is an idea option for those who love the complex flavours of Oolong tea and are looking for something a little different.
Highly recommended. Our Autumn 2014 Zheng Chao Guan Yin has become a favourite with all the Wan Ling Tea House team.
