Traditionally produced Tie Guan Yin from high within the mountains of Anxi. This classic Tie Guan Yin has been heavily oxidised and then wood charcoal fired for a full flavour and deep, rich body.


Leaves have been chosen especially to suit this style of Tie Guan Yin. Great to enjoy now. This tea will store well and be an ideal tea for ageing. 


Oxidise is approximately 70-80%.
