YiXing teapot from Mr. Ge of DingShan (Ding mountain). Making the handled style of teapot takes years of training and decades of practice to refine. Careful consideration has to be made for the shrinkage of the clay during drying and the effects of the double firing process. Mr. Ge specially selected the Di Cao Qing, deep mined clay for this "Fang Man Sheng Ti Liang" due to the clay's fine texture. Di Cao Qing ZiSha clay can be used with almost any tea type and will reward careful maintenance with a deep, lustre.
