TaiPin HouKui green tea in 25g packs.
After the popularity of the original 2009 TaiPing HouKui green tea, it has become a popular favourite. A stunning style of green tea that has a richness and depth of flavour not normally associated with green tea. This year we were completely bowled over. Travelling to TaiPing village we had tried many styles, when late one evening we met a young lad selling his families batch of hand rolled TaiPing HouKui. This is tea made with love, sweat and passion. Even fuller than previous year's teas, this green tea leaves you mouth full of silky sweetness.
This TaiPing HouKui may lack a little of the symmetry in the size and form of the leaves, but boy does it make up for in aroma and flavour. A must for green tea drinkers and highly recommended for those who would normally find green tea a little too subtle.
For those interested in the name, Tai Ping is a place in An Hui and Hou
is an abbreviation of Hou Gang a small region nearby. 'Kui' means chief
or to imply the finest tips.
If you are after a really special green tea, look no further. Buy TaiPing HouKui Jin Pin Green Tea today.
