Tea Tasting Notes

True or Original Taste, Zheng Wei Guan Yin, is selected for its classic flavour. Compared to other QingXiang Tie Guan Yin teas in the Wan Ling Tea House collection, Zheng Wei has a slightly sour bite which balances the natural, sweet, orchid honey flavour. This sharpness brings to the tea a refreshing twist and even more interesting depth to the flavour of this lightly oxidised Oolong teas.
