For many the draw of green tea is often, health motivated, but all to often people find these teas too delicate or difficult to brew. Tie Guan Yin is an oolong tea, a type of tea that is naturally made, without additives and is the half way point in tea making between green and black tea.

Tie Guan Yin tea's tightly rolled leaves, mean that flavour is slowly released and can be infused more than 7 times, that is at least 7 cups from one serving of tea. That means more convenience as you are not having to throw away a teabag or leaves each 'brew' plus refilling your cup is as simple as just adding water.
